By using winklook.com you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Winklook Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated in India, and "you" means whoever is using the site.

Our registered office is at Cyber Towers, Hyderabad.

Using the site

You may read this site, share links to it, and quote short extracts with attribution. That is a personal, non-exclusive permission we can withdraw, and it does not transfer anything to you.

Please do not:

• Scrape the site, or access it with bots, crawlers or automated tools beyond ordinary search engine indexing.
• Copy, republish or resell the copy, design, illustrations or code, or make derivative versions of them.
• Probe, scan or test the site's security, or try to interfere with how it runs for anyone else.
• Frame the site, or present it in a way that suggests we endorse or are connected to something we are not.

Who owns what is here

The copy, design, illustrations, diagrams, photographs and code on this site belong to us or to the people we licensed them from. The name Winklook, our logo and our visual identity are our marks. Nothing on this page gives you a licence to use them.

Requesting a trial is not a contract

The form on this site is an enquiry. Submitting it starts a conversation, and it does not create an agreement between us, reserve anything for you, or oblige us to provide a trial.

We may decline a request, and we may stop offering trials at any time. If we do go ahead, the trial and anything after it will be governed by separate terms we agree with you at that point, and those terms will take precedence over this page for everything to do with the product.

Please send us accurate details. We rely on them to reach you, and a trial request submitted on behalf of a company is a statement that you are entitled to make it.

What is on this site is information, not a promise

Winklook is a product under active development. What you read here describes what it is designed to do and what we intend it to do, including figures about conversion, engagement and other outcomes.

Those descriptions are marketing statements rather than warranties, guarantees or commitments, and results of the kind they describe depend on your products, your market and your team. Nothing on this site forms part of any contract between us unless it is repeated in an agreement we both sign.

Where this site links somewhere else, we do not control that site and we are not responsible for it. A link is not an endorsement.
